Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll work it out.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo of the item and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Changed your mind
You can ask to return an unused item within 14 days of delivery. Email us first so we can confirm it's eligible. Return shipping costs are handled case by case. We'll tell you before you ship anything back.
Custom, personalized and made-to-order items
These are made just for you, so we can't accept returns unless the item has a defect. Custom pieces are not refundable once work has started.
Build-a-Bookshelf kits and event seats
Kits are made to order, so the custom item rules above apply. For event seats, contact us as early as you can. Seat orders close two weeks before each event.
How refunds work
Once we receive and check a returned item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is sent. Shipping charges are refunded only if we made the error.
